Pregnancy Disclaimer: Before you throw yourself head-first into any of my workouts, it’s always a good idea to chat with your doctor — and this is even more important with my Pregnancy Fitness & Pilates Plan! Make sure you are modifying any exercises involving jumping or instability too. While I developed this plan with an amazing women’s health physiotherapist, I would advise you to speak to a women’s health physio yourself, as everyone is different!
Even if you’ve been exercising regularly up to this point, keep in mind that you might have to reduce the intensity during pregnancy. It’s important to know you are doing safe pregnancy workouts, which means taking some precautions to ensure both you and your baby are happy and healthy.
